1. Consultation: A Home Staging®
Professional will visit your home, take photos and prepare a written
report with suggestions for preparing your home for sale. This
option is best for the homeowner who would like to do the preparation
work themselves. This requires a 2-3 hour visit to the home and
costs $300.00 for a home up to 3000 sq. ft. Larger homes are billed
extra at an hourly rate.
2. Bid for complete Staging®:
Bids are a free service and require a 30-45 minute visit to the
home. You will be presented with a flat fee bid for the work agreed
to by the homeowner.
3. Hands on Staging®:
For the homeowner without the time or expertise to complete the
recommended work, Perfect Impressions can coordinate any work
needed and do the actual Staging®
of the property to make it show like a model home. The cost of
this service depends on the size of the home and how much work
is involved in the Staging®.
The typical cost of this service ranges from $500.00 to $1000.00.
4. Quick Stage®:
Great for a home that needs help before an open house. A must
for the Realtor with a listing they know will not show well at
a brokers open or an open house.
